2 Ingredient Doughnuts
These little beauties are so easy, even the biggest kitchen dunce can pull them off. No fancy gadgets, no deep fryer, no drama. Just two ingredients, one air fryer, and about 8 minutes between you and golden, fluffy doughnut goodness.
Honestly, these are so foolproof they’ll even impress the Karens of the world, you know, the ones who think they invented baking because they own a stand mixer. Smother them in Biscoff, chocolate, cinnamon sugar, jam, Nutella… whatever gets you going.
Because sometimes, we just want a hot, sweet ball in our mouths without all the effort.
Ingredients

- 1 cup SR Flour
- 1 cup Greek Yoghut

Method
It’s not rocket science….
- Preheat air fryer to 180 °C.
- Into a bowl place 1 cup self raising flour, 1 cup of greek yoghurt and mix to combine.
- Turn onto a floured surface, divide into 12 equal portions and shape into balls, (using more flour as needed).
- Place balls into the air fryer and cook for around 8mins (or until golden).
- Top with your fave toppings
Daddys Tips
Don’t overwork the dough: Mix until just combined. Overmixing = tough doughnuts. We want pillowy, not chewy.
Dust your hands (and ego) with flour: The dough can be sticky, so a little flour on your hands and surface goes a long way.
Spice it up: Add cinnamon, cardamom, or a cheeky splash of vanilla to the dough for extra vibe.
Hot tip: eat warm: These babies are best straight from the air fryer — soft inside, golden outside, ready to drown in toppings.
Top however you like: Melted Biscoff? Yes. Chocolate drizzle? Always. Crushed cookies, nut butter, jam, or even a cheeky scoop of ice cream? Big Daddy energy.
Small batch, big rewards: Double or triple the recipe if you’re feeding a crowd (or just yourself on a tough day).
Leftovers? Unlikely — but if you have any, pop them in an airtight container and warm them up for 5–10 seconds before devouring.
